Two Million Years of Geologic Calamity in the Shell Valley

This one-day exercise interpreted the recent geologic past of Shell Valley and the Big Horn Mountain front. The focus was on cataclysms that affected Shell Valley and the surrounding areas over the past two million years. Basic concepts of geology addressed geologic time and the paradigm that the present is the key to the past and the past can predict the future.
