A watercolor journaling workshop inspired by some of the iconic images of the west: skulls, bones, and big horn buttes.

Working with animal skulls, participants explored observational, visualizing, and painting techniques, made sketches comparing and contrasting dinosaur v. bird anatomies, and did some off-printing from living “dinosaur” plants that still grace the Shell area.
